• Firstly make sure you read the instructions all the way through. Provide a fresh urine sample and fill out the test request form enclosed. Before you do anything else, you MUST keep hold of your Unique Reference Number (URN) because you will need it to obtain your results. If you do not hold on to your URN you will have to purchase another test and start the process all over again.
  Lastly, post the urine sample in the packaging and the pre-paid Clamelle envelope enclosed. Your results will be available in 7 days.
