Dermol 200 Shower Emollient is a soap substitute ideal for use in the shower for the management of dry and pruritic skin conditions, especially eczema and dermatitis. Ordinay toiletry soaps can make dry skin worse by removing its natural oils. This gentle emollient formula helps to trap moisture to keep skin from drying out.
Suitable for adults, children and the elderly.
Use alongside Dermol Cream or Dermol Lotion.
Can also be applied as an emollient after showering.
Directions for Use:
Invert the bottle and gently squeeze the required amount onto your hand, body puff or flannel.
Use warm water whilst showering to minimise the removal of natural oils from the skin.
Please note: This shower emollient will not lather or foam.
Pat dry and avoid vigorous rubbing as this can aggravate dry skin conditions.
When applying after showering gently massage in until absorbed.
Ingredients: White, non-greasy shower emollient containing: Benzalkonium chloride 0.1% w/w • Chlorhexidine hydrochloride 0.1% w/w • Isopropyl myristate 2.5% w/w • Liquid paraffin 2.5% w/w
