Symptomatic relief of ear pain in acute and chronic otitis media and externa For the softening of ear wax, as an aid to ear wax removal. Adults and children over 1 year: for pain relief, fill ear and plug with cotton wool 3-4 hourly. For the softening of ear wax, fill ear twice daily for 4 days.
