The NA-Ultra dressing is a wound contact layer to be used on leg ulcers, sores, burns, grazes, and other granulating wounds. It allows wound fluids to pass through for simple, stress-free removal. One dressing can only be used once.
Instructions:
Apply directly to a wound. An absorbent dressing may be applied on top and held in place by surgical tape or fabric strapping. Removal of the dressing is simple, however, to assist, stretch the silicone sheet diagonally from opposite corners.
