1. Place two minty mouthwash tablets in warm water. Brush teeth in normal way and rinse mouth with mouthwash solution (do not swallow). Cut off 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) from filling stick and place in saucer. Now fill saucer with very hot water and wait approximately 30 seconds. Apply the softened filling material to cavity then gently bite together.
