| 1) - Orders are generally dispatched either by Royal Mail or by Courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours. |

If there is a discrepancy with the information provided we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to rectify the details. To make your shopping experience even more secure, we don't store your credit card details at all: each payment is performed once-only via Worldpay. Worldpay have a proven track record and are Natwest Bank's preferred online credit card service. |

| 6a) - Refund Policy - Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail or telephone to inform us of your intention. |
| 6b) - Refund Policy - Certain goods may be returned to Firstchoicepharmacy.co.uk undamaged and unused, within 14 days of receipt. The cost of the item excluding postage and packaging will be refunded to you when we have received the returned goods. |
| 6c) - Refund Policy - At Firstchoicepharmacy.co.uk we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is return it to us in good condition and unopened (seals in tacked) within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of £2.50 for handling, insurance and re-stocking. We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return is a result of our error or a defect (see below). Simply visit our Customer Service Centre.
